Overall had a great experience, I called in the morning and they were able to send Paul out right away. Paul was very clear in what he was looking at, what he initially thought the issue was, and how he planned on confirming the issue (igniter needed to be replaced). He gave me the itemized pricing to get approval before completing the work, and was able to fix the issue quickly. I also used Peak Heating and Cooling last summer for an A/C issue and had good experience then as well.
