I only have one word for this company, Excellenct!!! I told the dispatcher last night on a Friday evening that I needed to be to work at a certain time and he gave me a two hour window from 10 to 12. I was pleasantly surprised when the service technician Ray, showed up 45 minutes early told me what the problem was within 10 minutes and finished the whole job under 20 minutes and I am cool literally... perfect star rocks!
