Mike had excellent knowledge of our heating and duct system. We were trying to decide between having an immediate problem fixed which was one duct or replace the entire furnace now. It was an easy decision after talking with him. He was also very personable, polite, professional and took the time to answer all of our questions. He was great!

I am so glad that I found Perfect Star ! This is my 2nd experience working with them- just as happy as the 1st ! Now- I have a new AC, heater, ductwork, & Air Scrubber (which will clean my system, make it last longer, & improve the air in my home.) I can honestly say I'm glad I invested in all of these items because my system is so powerful & efficient. I just had new ductwork & Air Scrubber installed today. WOW!! What a difference. I was losing at least 30-40 percent air under the house (even with new systems) because the ducts were damaged. It was a leap of faith but I couldn't be happier ! Honest, hard working men AND I got a discount on ductwork as a loyal customer. Family run business. So rare to find these days. Thank you ! I will refer everyone I meet who needs a new system !
