The service representative was very good at explaining the problems with our old unit, and helpful in helping us decide on a replacement. He did not try to sell us, he just explained types of units and pricing available. He was extremely knowledgeable about various brands and the pros and cons of these brands. He was also very patient with all the people asking for information and offering advice. We have very concerned family and friends making sure we make good decisions He never lost his sense of humor.
