From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and exceeded expectations. Dave was punctual, courteous, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue with our system. I was impressed by his knowledge and willingness to answer all of our questions, which gave me, as President of the HOA confidence in the solutions and recommendations he was providing. It’s clear that he has a high level of expertise and takes great pride in his work. He is a tremendous asset to your team at PHAC. In addition, I appreciated the care taken to ensure everything was cleaned up after the service, and the communication was timely and clear, keeping me informed every step of the way so I could update my board of directors team of the status. It’s not often I come across such professional, reliable service, and I wanted to make sure you were aware of the excellent work being done by Dave. Woke up at 5:30 am Christmas morning to no heat. Followed the business phone prompts and was connected to an emergency service who politely and professionally took our information. Zach called right back and headed to northern Sylvania from south of Bowling a Green IN THE FOG. We were restored to a toasty house by 8:15 am! What could have been a huge holiday inconvenience was barely a blip in the day thanks to Zach and Perrysburg Plumbing and Heating!
