Upon arrival I completed diagnostics and found the filter dirty and replaced. Customer replaced cap and wired incorrectly. Rewired cap. Found system low on refrigerant. Found contactor pitted and has carbon buildup. Customer declined repair and replacement and only wanted to add refrigerant. No other issues found. System operational on departure.
