A/C Diagnostic "No-Cool" Five Star 16 SEER, . Checked and found that the breaker was tripped. Checked the outdoor unit and found multiple burnt wires on the system. Found the system was not a matching system and also contained R22. Advised customer that due to age of system and potential costs that it would be more advisable to invest into a new system.
