Performed a diagnostic service call for a 2012 AC unit. No cooling upon arrival found system had a bad fuse. Replaced bad fuse and found tripped 20 amp breaker. Replaced fuse and reset breaker. Cycled system checked pressures and amp draws. Compressor amps was 5.6 and condenser fan .67 Start capacitor was 154 m.f.d and run cap was 25 m.f.d temperature drop was 20 degrees suction-86 and discharge-285.
