Upon arrival I competed diagnostics and found a bad contactor in outdoor unit. Contactor failed due to the 24 volt coil shorting at 0.5 ohms. I replaced contactor under warranty with customer paying the labor portion. Unit fired up after part replacement and is operating properly at this time. Unit was left running upon my departure.
