End of 2019 we had two furnace emergencies, one of which we discovered after coming home from being away for two weeks and finding no heat in our house at 5:00 at night. 5 Star Heating and cooling had somebody out to our place within two hours and he did a fantastic job in fixing the problem. Had another emergency within the same month. this time, the same technician, Shane, stayed almost 3 hours while problem was taken care of.
