Filters both dirty(one for downstairs was 100% clogged) Refrigerant levels for upstairs unit: 58/164 29.5SH Dual cap for downstairs unit: 54.2/3.5 rated 60/5. Dual cap for downstairs unit is reading low and refrigerant levels for upstairs unit are low which means it has a leak. Client does not want to make any repairs and is not interested in replacement at this time.
