Chris has done work for me twice recently non my heating/air systems and done a great job both times. I switched from another company who wasn’t being honest about the work they were doing... Replaced leaking aluminum evaporator coil in this 9 year old Amana Distinctions 2 ton heat pump system under their 10 year parts and labor warranty. Customer only had to pay for Freon.
Replaced this section of ductwork feeding another room in the basement through a wall.
Found these Ruud and Goodman heat pump systems not cooling due to not have high voltage power to outdoor units. One had a flipped breaker and the other the service disconnect was turned off. Replaced both dual capacitors. Cleaned outdoor coils. Replaced indoor air filters. Checked Freon readings and pressures.
Performing cooling maintenance on these three Amana Distinctions heat pump systems. Chemical cleaned outdoor coils. Replaced air filters. Replaced (3) customer supplied Nest thermostats.

Performed service on this 6 year old Goodman 13 seer heat pump. Replaced very weak dual capacitor for outdoor fan motor and compressor. System had a 5 year warranty and it is out of date. System is in pretty good shape.
