Performed cooling maintenance on this 17 year old Tappan heat pump. Compressor is pulling too much amperage and causing higher power bills. Chemical cleaned outdoor coils. Replaced 12x20x1 pleated filter. Tested electrical components. Checked Freon readings and pressures.
