Added zone control to this 1 year old Amana air conditioner that another company installed.
Found this 12 year old Payne heat pump system low on Freon due to leaks. System also has zone control. Not cooling well and Freon will leak out again but cannot guarantee how long that will take.
Installed this new 15 seer 2.5 ton Goodman heat pump system. Qualifies for a $400 rebate from Jackson EMC. Includes 10 year all parts warranty, 2 year outdoor unit replacement if compressor fails and 1 year labor warranty. Tested cooling operations.
Performing cooling maintenance on this 6 year old Trane heat pump system. Replaced 20x20x1 pleated filter. Chemical cleaned outdoor coils. Flushed condensation drain line. Tested electrical components. Checked Freon readings and pressures. Checked ductwork design and make sure everything is connected.
