Performing cooling maintenance on this 5 year old Amana heat pump system. Replaced 20x20x1 pleated filter. Chemical cleaned outdoor coils. Checked Freon readings and pressures. Treated condensation drain line and pump. Replaced weak dual capacitor with a new American made one.
