First off let me say that working with Chris at Platinum Comfort was a comfort. He took the time to listen to our needs and answered every question. When it came to the install of our new 4 ton unit, they worked tirelessly to get the unit installed and up and running with a least Amount of disruption. They cleaned up after the job and removed all of the trash even swept the floor. We are so happy we used Chris @ Platinum Comfort that I’ve already scheduled work on the other unit down stairs. Thanks again to Platinum Comfort and Chris and his great staff for getting us back up and cool again.

Quoting replacement of this 15 year old Goodman 2.5 ton heat pump system.
Installed this new outdoor unit under Amana’s Lifetime compressor warranty. So if the compressor fails then the whole outdoor unit will be replaced. This customer added a labor warranty when we installed so there will be no charge to the customer.
Performing warranty work on this 16 seer 2 stage air conditioner that we installed last year. Parts and labor will be covered so no cost for the customer.
Customer had stepped on high voltage wiring and tripped the breaker. Replaced dual capacitor and chemical cleaned outdoor coils. 13 year old Carrier 4 ton heat pump.
Installed this new Goodman 14 seer 3.5 ton heat pump system. New HVAC system has a 10 year all parts warranty, 2 year outdoor unit replacement if compressor fails and 1 year labor warranty through us. Also replaced customer supplied Nest thermostat.
Replacing this 17 year old Goodman 10 seer 3.5 ton heat pump that uses the old R-22 Freon. System has a large leak which has been causing it to freeze up every year.

Performing heating maintenance on this 8 year old Carrier heat pump for the finished basement. Replaced filter and chemical cleaned outdoor coils. Checked Freon readings. Tested back up stripheat and defrost cycles. Capacitor is very weak and causing compressor to pull excessive amps.
The fan motor on the indoor unit of this heat pump system quit working due to a bad fan relay. Replaced relay and retested cooling operations. System is 20 plus years old and well out of it’s life expectancy. HVAC system really needs replaced
