Installed this New Goodman 2.5 air conditioner, matching evaporator coil and variable speed natural gas furnace. 10 year all parts warranty, 1 year labor, 2 year outdoor unit replacement if compressor fails, Lifetime on the heat exchanger.
Replacing this 25 plus year old York air conditioner. Compressor is going out and system has several Freon leaks. New HVAC system will be Goodman and it will have 10 year all parts, 1 year labor, lifetime heat exchanger warranty and 2 year outdoor unit replacement if compressor fails.
Sealing up air leaks on this home that being sold next week. Also tidying up systems and making them look better. Another company installed these systems last year.
Found this 15 year old Goodman air conditioner not coming on due to a bad capacitor. The outdoor fan would still run but the compressor would not. Outdoor coils were also very dirty. Cleaned outdoor coils with chemical and it has dropped the head pressure by 50 psi.
Found this 19 year old Armstrong air conditioner not cooling due to loose wires at the thermostat and at the outdoor unit. Also cleaned outdoor coils and added Freon to get system back cooling.
Installed this new 15 seer 2.5 ton heat pump that qualifies for a $400 rebate from Jackson EMC. This system also has zone control on it as well. New system has a 10 year all parts warranty, 2 year outdoor unit replacement if compressor fails and 1 year labor warranty.
