Performed cooling maintenance on the air conditioning side of this 5 year old Carrier heat pump system. Cleaned washable filter. Chemical cleaned outdoor coils. Checked Freon readings and pressures. Flushed condensation drain line. Checked temperature differences through indoor air handler. Tested electrical components and compressor. Recommended replacing capacitor due to age and it reading weak.
