Great Service. Very professional.

Called in the morning and had completed service by the end of the day. We needed several items installed and repaired and all were handled same day. There was no worry relative to getting additional parts and things were handled very well. Wouls recommend plumbing nerds to everyone!

Waterline repair Upon arrival the customer showed me where the water was seeping through. It was seeping what appeared to be through the slab and wall. I opened drywall adjacent from the water pipe coming from outside to where it would come through into home. Upon opening I exposed the main waterline that feeds home. No water leak was visible at all coming from the now exposed pipe. I could hear water running inside of block wall. So I had to cut out the pipe from inside and outside. That’s when I was able to visually determine and find the leak that caused the damage to the home. I repaired the section of pipe that was damaged. Turned water back on to home and pressurized the system. No leaks occurred at this time. I turned on and off several fixtures and water pressure was good.

Arrived to customer stating that home is backed up. Toilet in guest bathroom was leaking at base. Located clean out left front of home in shrubs. Opened cap and found full of waste debris. Ran cable down through cleanout found that blockage was at cleanout. Dropped water and pulled roots out by hand. Top of cleanout riser pipe is broken just before two way fitting. Will need to excavate area , pull approximately (2) shrubs to gain access to drainage piping. Entire two way cleanout will need to be replaced. At this time drainage system is flowing with no issues and customer will address toilet issues.
