Tom went over the entire history of the furnace realizing he had been here a few years ago on a no heat call checked all that needed to be checked and cleaned everything and replaced what needed to be replaced. From the time he got to my home he was very polite and worked every minute he was here, no cell phone break, no coffee break and no complaining about how tight it was to work in a small area!
