Thanksgiving 2009 the furnace stopped working and it was a frigid day. My husband and I called several companies and the last one we tried was Point Bay. None of the other companies would come out since we did not have an oil delivery contract with them. Point Bay was the only one that would help us. We were delighted when Tom Szymanski arrived. My husband and I had never met anyone who enjoyed their work like Tom did. We felt completely confident in the work he did and joined Point Bay's family that day. After almost 8 years, we continue to request Tom to keep our heating system running smoothly. Tom represents Point Bay to us and you are fortunate to have him as an employee.
