We've been with Point Bay for 9 years. We are members of their 'GOLD' plan - they service the furnaces in the beginning of the season and should anything go wrong they will come out 24/7 and fix it. Friendly knowledgeable people. We of course have our favorite technicians - these are the only people we trust to be working in the cellar without looking over their shoulder. Our furnaces are older models and Point Bay keeps them in fantastic shape. Highly recommended.
