There is no comparison to our previous HVAC provider... They rebuilt our carrier unit for 1/3 of the replacement costs quoted by our former provider, who said it could not be repaired. Our former provider did not even diagnose the problem completely or correctly - I had to do it (I'm an engineer and ex navy). When the problem was obvious our former provider just punted.
