The tech called and asked if he could show up early. How many times can you say that happens. We go to look at the boiler and before he starts he explains what all the parts and gauges were and what temp and pressure he was looking for. Showed me the parts as he cleaned them and explained how it worked. Actually commented on how clean it looked and still pulled all the parts out and went over them. Thats how you win a customer. He didn't just look inside and assume it was clean. Thanks for a well done job and one less worry.
