Our water heater was leaking...and it did not have to be replaced. Barry Thompson was able to diagnose the problem and expertly fix it. He was also nice to talk with and willing to explain the problem with our heater. We are repeat customers, because earlier this year, Powell and Turner Heating and Cooling installed our new heat pump and did meticulous work.
