Our outdoor HVAC fan unit had stopped turning on with the heat and air. Originally we had another company come out to check it out based on a family recommendation, but after having terrible service and an extremely high quote, we decided to get a second opinion. And I am really glad we did. After reading reviews online, my husband decided to go with Powell and Turner Heating and Cooling, Inc. Our technician, Barry, arrived on time if not a few minutes early, was very personable, did a thorough check of the whole system, diagnosed what he thought the actual issue was (it was not the expensive fix the first company we had look at it recommended), and fixed it quickly and for a great price. Would highly recommend.

During the busy start of the AC season, Powell and Turner worked to quickly get me into the schedule and promptly returned with the needed part to get my AC back up and running. They were able to service units the same day I called for assistance. They notified me in advance that they were running about a half an hour later than scheduled appointment. Corrected substandard work done by their company last year at no additional charge on one unit and fixed the other broken heat pump unit. Very professional/knowledgable service this time.
