Our outdoor HVAC fan unit had stopped turning on with the heat and air. Our technician, Barry, arrived on time if not a few minutes early, was very personable, did a thorough check of the whole system, diagnosed what he thought the actual issue was (it was not the expensive fix the first company we had look at it recommended), and fixed it quickly and for a great price.
