We just had our 1 year inspection and Edwin Martinez did the inspection. He was very polite, respectful and personable. I even told him that he didn't have to worry about the footies over his shoes since we were just about to get new carpet, but he still insisted that he wear them. He was very informative and efficient!! Great work!!!
