To be clear, my experience with them didn't go beyond the quotation. Pros: They were professional and answered most of my questions. Cons: Their quote didn't cover expected permit costs and I'm uncertain if they even offer that service. Representative couldn't answer a question regarding water heater upgrade. he promised to find out and get back to me... he never did. Quoted costs were well beyond pricey.
