Joe Nevil was assigned on what was assumed to be a toilet flush valve replacement. Turns out much worse so we replaced entire toilet and the wall supply valve to be easier maintenance. Joe was courteous, educational, provided options and costs (with pro/con of long term fix vs bandaid). He cleaned after his mess and overall we appreciated his “no pressure” sales and numbers (just facts, what’s broken, etc). When the job turned sideways (you see the real ugly underneath), he was diligent in informing us right away, gave options, and strategic in his work methodology so that he did not have to go backwards too much. “Value for price” will always be debated (because that’s just the business side), but we chose NOT TO DIY and happy with JOE’S WORK AND PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE.
