Just purchased our AC unit from Precise Air. We were connected with them thru Costco and we are very happy with their service. First Oscar came to the house explained everything and gave us our estimate. He was great, friendly and professional. Jeff came over to check everything out before the install and he was also very professional and answered all the questions. Giovanni was one of the installers and he was great. Giovanni and his coworker were on time, professional, explained the process and very clean with their work area. I highly recommend Precise Air. We are very happy with our decision to go with them.
