I had a real bad experience with the company that installed my ductless split system. I was afraid that I was stuck with them for all future service. I called around and found Precise and they were really nice (and willing to work on a system that they didn't install). First impressions are lasting and Phaelan was just delightful on the phone. I've had 3 techs here (Jonathan, Scott and Sean) and they were all courteous, communicative and k knowledgeable. I really wish we had called them for our initial installation. Highly recommend.
