Israel “Izzy” Gonzales did an excellent job installing our Mitsubishi Mini Split at our Los Angeles home. Izzy led his team in a way that motivated them to do their best. I could see that he also mentored the youngest members of his crew and made them feel included as part of the team. That is great leadership. As the customer, I always appreciated how Izzy kept me informed about every stage of the installation. I knew what was happening and the reasons behind it. When I asked questions, he listened and gave clear, understandable answers, even though I am not an expert. I always felt I was in good hands because Izzy not only aimed to deliver the best work but also showed deep personal commitment to being a true professional. Overall, working with Precise Air Systems has been a pleasure. Ernest and Jeff managed the project very well, and their communication with me was outstanding. They were always responsive, and I couldn’t be happier with both the system and how they managed all the challenging details of installing it in a 120-year-old, two-story house.
