Just wrapped up a standard AC maintenance visit in Easley. System was running but not cooling efficiently. Found dirty filters (hadn't been changed in 8+ months) and significant debris in the outdoor unit. Cleaned coils thoroughly, replaced filters, and checked refrigerant levels - added 1lb of R410A to bring system to optimal pressure. Also lubricated all moving parts and tightened electrical connections. Fan motor showing early signs of wear - informed customer it may need replacement within 6-12 months. System now running much quieter and cooling effectively. Customer appreciated the heads-up about future maintenance needs!
