Spring maintenance complete on Lennox system. Serviced both inside and outside components. Cleaned evaporator and condenser coils (pollen season!). Checked all electrical connections—found and fixed loose wire on blower. Adjusted refrigerant charge to manufacturer specs. System efficiency improved approx 15% from before service. House should stay comfortable even during hottest months. Recommended programmable thermostat upgrade which could further reduce energy consumption by 10-15%.
