Our HVAC broke in the middle of the summer heat wave. My husband and I were prepared for the worst; however, Jim and Jerry were fantastic. Jerry was able to fix our A/C the same day that I called. He arrived quickly, immediately got to work and ID'd the issue within 10 minutes. In another 30 he had the system cleaned and fixed. He gave us accurate, candid information about our aging, in poor-shape HVAC system. My husband and I waited a few months to mull over replacing our HVAC system (they never sent annoying promotional emails). When we were ready we called Jim and he came over and gave us individualized options to choose from. He asked relevant questions and made us feel like we were getting exactly what we wanted, never upselling, and calculating what we would need for our specific home. They had the HVAC installed within the week, with one day of labor. The new system works flawlessly with our existing ecobee interface. During the work we had done, everyone was clean, organized, communicative, polite, and efficient.

Calling for AC service on the first day of summer is never fun, but Matthew arrived very quickly and identified the issue and had solution options ready. We came home and realized that our house was cold & the furnance wasn't kicking on. We called a few different companies that had 24hour service. Jim called me back right away and was out to our house in 30 minutues. The service call was very reasonable, he had the part that was needed to make the repair. I got Bids from from different companies, I was looking for someone to discuss my issues and present fixes. I asked what he would do if this was his own house. I felt he was honest and reasonably priced. I didn't want a sales person to sell me something I didn't need. Jim does good work with a professional attitude.
