This was a courtesy call because of my concern that the system was not heating the same as it was in past winters. Phil was courteous and explained what he was doing as he proceeded with a check of my furnace setup. He not only reset the set points for the heat pump and back up operation, but he thoroughly checked the whole system to make sure it was operating properly.
