Overall the service was well done and I am happy with your service team. However this time I have to give you two stars. This morning (10/19) I woke up 36 Degrees outside and my house was in the 60's. Normally that is what I expect however it should be starting to warm up based on the schedule I have in the thermostat. It indicated heat was on however I was not getting any heat. I had to go down to the basement and see if the furnace was running, it was not. The issue was that the gas line was never turned back on to the furnace and it was not started. I turned the gas back on and reset the furnace and it all came back to life.

Ken was a pleasure today providing service to our AC unit and appreciated his customer service in informing my wife & I on additional possibilities to improve our system . Taking the time to correct a drain setup that was overlooked . Ken took the time to listen to our concerns after having other trades preforming work that had my wife & I thinking about the outside unit and any problems that may of come from that situation Ken verified that our unit was fine and calmed any concerns we had !
