Ragsdale initially installed our system and numerous service callas have been required due to installation problem. I requested a "professional" to service our system on renewal of service contract. Service and diagnostic. 40 gallon gas water heater was busted. Removed and replaced with upgrades. And also replaced gas line .Turn water on tested OK
This Is Your Annual Gold Ragsdale Planned Maintenance
I removed and replaced the tub stopper in the master bath garden tub.
After inspecting the system I found the water pressure is reading 90psi. I installed a thermal expansion tank to help with the pressure. The pressure is still reading 90psi. The pressure regulator valve is bad and will need to be replaced.
20 Amp 120v Dedicated GFI Circuit Includes: Wiring Breaker Box/cover Device
After inspecting the area I found the PVC 90 turning to go through the basement wall to outside was cracked and it was spraying cat 3 sewer water all inside the wall. I had to cut out that section of pipe and replace it. After replacing that section of pipe we ran water through the line to check for leaks and everything checked out ok.
Replaced the condenser fan motor and capacitors for the upstairs unit. Unit is cooling with a 20 degree super heat.
Completed Gold Air Conditioning Maintenance/cleaning Visit
Found condenser not starting and dual motor power pack open. Replaced dual motor power pack. System now cooling
