After inspecting the area I found the PVC 90 turning to go through the basement wall to outside was cracked and it was spraying cat 3 sewer water all inside the wall. I had to cut out that section of pipe and replace it. After replacing that section of pipe we ran water through the line to check for leaks and everything checked out ok.
