Mark was very friendly and helpful. He had our AC up and running in no time. As for pricing, I'm not familiar enough with the avgerage cost of the parts he replaced or the avgerage price for HVAC labor to make a price comparison. However, given the speed of their response, their helpfulness, and the courtesy of the people, I feel we received a good value. I will not hesitate to call them again for service.
