Thank you Ragsdale for making me a priority and assessing my AC issues on the day I called! Mark was really great and very helpful. He was able to fix the issue quickly, and explain everything. I don't speak "AC talk", so he was able to explain everything in a way that I understood easily and walked me through the preventative measures to keep from having further issues. Because he made it so understandable, I was able to pass the information and directives onto my husband and have no additional questions. Thanks for everything!!
