Checked in with Bill . Picked up 2) 20x25x1 filters . Set up ladder and equipment. Cleaned out control cabinet. Tested the 40/7.5 dual mfd run capacitor. Pulled amp draws. Pulled temp split differential. Washed Condenser coils with coil detergent. Rinsed & flushed out condensate drain line. Replaced the filters . The unit is operating at factory recommended specifications.
