Checked in with Customer . Located the hall closet furnace. During diagnostic testing found HSI @ 45° angle causing delayed combustion tripping rollout switch. Inspected heat exchanger to ensure no leaks. Cleaned off flame sensor electrode. Tighten down the HSI in its correct position . Checked controls and safety switches . Inspected inducer Motor . Pulled amp draws on all mechanical devices. Pulled temperature split differentials. 74 RA / 115 SA = 39° TR. The unit is operating at factory recommended specifications at this time.
