Checked in with customer Removed and installed new (1) 20x25x1" and (1) 20x30x1" Set up and cleaned condenser coils, heat exchanger, flame sensor, heating compartment and controls Checked all safeties, verified inducer motor operation .35 amps good Checked all electrical connections and voltage, 246.7v high, 27.7v low good Verified blower motor operation, checked all contactors and capacitors. Note: spring maintenance , change (2) 35uf 440 round run capacitors. Capacitors tested ok, but rusted out, ready to change in spring Checked evaporator coil, used leak detector on front side of coils and pan Tested complete heating cycle, unit working good at this time Call complete
