I cannot believe the time Daniel spent trying to figure out the problem with my a/c. I haven't had this kind of service in several years. It's a perplexing problem and may be as simple as the thermostat malfunctioning. We are waiting to hear back from the tech at Rheem to see if this is the issue. However, I want to thank you so much!!
