Responded to an AC emergency at a cell phone provider in Arroyo Grande California. Their commercial air conditioner wasn't working. Upon arrival our technician found that one leg of the contactor had burnt out and was not providing full voltage to the compressor. The tech also found the condenser fan motor was overheating with a weak capacitor. Ran to local supplier and sourced all necessary parts. Returned and replaced, cycled and testing system after making repairs. The York unit is operational again, site comfortable. Job complete.
