Responded to a report of a commercial cooler running at high temperature at a pharmacy in Bakersfield, CA. Our technician arrived and found the cooler being stocked. Tested all components and found no issues, determined that the doors to the cooler had been open for a considerable time before arrival and unit was struggling to keep temperature. Site completed stocking and technician washed coils while monitoring temps. Confirmed refrigerator dropped back down to correct temperature and doors were shut and normal use started again.
