Technician was amazing. Knowledgeable, respectful and just a pleasure to work with. Getting to the point of having tech on site was less than perfect. Took far too long to resolve the issue, for whatever reason that may be. We were without our water/ice machine for 3 solid weeks awaiting parts and resolution. Not techs fault. His part was great.

Hello Kim, thanks for the feedback. I'm glad you were happy with Frank's service. Our service team did have difficulty sourcing the correct part from the distributor in a timely fashion. I apologize for that delay. We are working with that distributor to avoid those problems in the future.
