RESSAC HVAC-R technician was dispatched to school in the bay area reporting water leaks. Facility manager had previously called a roofing contractor and they found leaks to be coming from a 15 ton York package unit. Unit is very old and after inspection technician found seals around doors and ducts are wearing out. Technician resealed and taped all weak points around unit. Due to age and condition this unit would be a good candidate for replacement. Recommend installation of new unit when budget allows.
